Most of our customers visit us regularly and enjoy being able to discuss all aspects of marines with us and giving us an update on how their own tank is doing. They know that they can contact us anytime we are open as we are always happy to help give the right advice on fish keeping.
We have extensive knowledge of keeping marines which has proved popular with our customers as they freely ask our advice when selecting compatible livestock. We will not sell you a fish that is not suitable to your aquarium either because of size or compatibility when you supply us with this information. What we will do is offer you alternatives to suit. Another reason why are customers keep coming back to us.
Our coral system houses everything from the common to the most sought after examples and we keep it replenished on a weekly basis, as we do with our fish stock too.
You will find a wide varirty of shrimps available, from cleaners to blood red shrimps, true peppermints and coral banded shrimps. Urchins, hermit crabs and snails of all varieties are stocked and if you are new to the hobby we can help you in selecting the perfect combination of clean-up crew to help your new tank complete it cycling process.
We regularly visit TMC based in Manchester to replenish our livestock. All livestock is hand picked by ourselves ensuring high quality and the best for our customers. We import from our around the world suppliers and also from European wholesalers. We also endeavour to obtain any livestock requirements for our customers.
We hold open evenings where you can come along and talk to suppliers, representatives and marine experts as part of our goal of making sure we provide the very best overall service experience.
